We're pretty much going to be the sparring partners of the west..I just hope we go the distance and don't ever get knocked out. Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee!

The year before Dame, the Blazers only won 28 games with fatty Felton at PG. However, that was the short 66 game season. If you extend that same win rate out to the regular 82 game season, the Blazers win 35-36 games.

The next season the Blazers only won 34 games with Dame, LMA, Batum, Wes & Hickson.

I still do not understand what your point is. The Blazers actually had a slightly worse win rate with rookie Dame starting @ PG over veteran fatty Felton. It was Dame’s second season, and ROLO's first season, before the team improved its win rate.

The fatty Felton crew lost something like 15 in a row. Nate was fired and players were dumped mid season. No chance they win a single game more.

So we got a bet or what?!

I am retired, trying to live a dignified life on social security. There is no room in my budget for gambling.

Besides, I would want you to win because I want the Blazers to do well. I do not believe you would win. However, if you did win the bet, to collect, you would need to go to Las Vegas and take enough light bulbs to cover the bet. I have paid for many of the lights in Vegas gambling there using a sure system at the craps table.

Why don't you bet him fish to dollars? You pay in fish or he pays in dollars.

You can even offer to pay for his postage for his check, if he'll pay for shipping the fish.

He is guaranteed to come out behind, even if he wins.

What's BS is people saying the Blazers will be lucky to win 20 games.

It's not BS. I'm having a hard time seeing where the scoring is going to come from. Teams are going to double team the shit out of Lillard. But here's the deal, if I believe the Blazers are going to struggle to win 20 games and then end up winning 25 games, I'm a happy fan. They exceeded my expectations. If you believe that they'll win 30 games and they only win 25 games you'll be disappointed. If they do win 30 games I'll still be a happier fan than you because they barely met your expectations while blasting past mine.

I'm setting myself up to be a happy fan while you're a 50/50 shot at being bitterly disappointed.

Win or lose, I'll be happy if the team sets up a successful foundation that'll produce a juggernaut within the next 2 to 3 seasons. There will be some obvious growing pains and we, as fans, will need to at least practice some patience during that time. Go Blazers!

Scoring is going to come from Plumlee and Davis putting back missed shots...those missed shots should be called assists or ugly oops

Chances are they'd be in great position to get the number one pick in the lottery, so 20 wins would definitely be lucky!

Me I'm more pessimistic about their chances, I've got the over under at 27.5

Hopefully there will be a once in a generation center for us to select.

Considering what he did to his last girlfriend he should try and get a PPV match with Rhonda Rousey.

Lmao dude what world do you live in that doesn't expect the most wins possible? Do you date really ugly girls because if they are a bit prettier, you won't be disappointed? I only like hot chicks and damn hot teams. And the Blazers are fire... Deal with it!

Exactly my point. I just don't see 20 wins. Our team ain't that bad. I think we will be around 30-33 wins, but I wouldn't even be surprised if they win 42. It's that wide open
