In three years I'd be surprised if anyone besides Dame, Vonleh and maybe Davis are for sure still with the team. Three years from now doesn't seem like much time, but just look back at this team three years ago - it's feels like a lifetime ago.

So we wouldn't have done any good in the 2 years before with a team like that.

we will lose a lot of games but it will be a lot of close games. with that team no one can beat us. my team was based on rebuilding through the draft not the FA. look at the spurs they had two no.1 pick with a decade apart, that picks helped them win 5 champs. if we get no.1 pick in 2017 we will win 5 champs before dame retires

As long as they don't drop off, I think we resign Legend and CJ too, but other than that, I think you might be right. I think CJ and Legend are NO's babies, just like Dame though, so unless something wild happens, I think they stay.

Bones? Im dissapointed. Your a year behind. going into 2017-2018, I would like to see this:

    Dame/ CJ/Frazier
    Durant/CJ
    Aminu/Crabbe
    Vonleh/Davis
    Plumlee/Legend

If Vonleh pans out and Dame is able to accept giving up the #1 option to Durant, I see this as a about a 25% chance of being real and I think would be a serious contender for several years, plus still keep us free for future options as Durant ages.

So your ideal line up would be the worst defensive team in NBA history?

I well say that I would love to see us draft sabas jr if nothing else just because it wouldn't be right if he went anywhere else.

Since I have no clue about upcoming draft prospects or what is realistic in free agency.....I will stick with who is on our current roster.....

    PG: Lillard / Montero
    SG: (no idea) / CJ
    SF: Aminu / Crabbe
    PF: Vonleh / Davis
    C: Legend / Plums

We have such a young, unproven, high-potential roster that if Leonard, Vonleh, Davis, CJ and Aminu all really blossom this year (which isn't crazy aside from Vonleh) we could be really REALY good and surprise a lot of people.

I think you missed Henderson, unless you think he will be gone. I think him or Crabbe will start at the SG if CJ doesnt win it. I personally dont care if CJ is the best SG on the team, Id rather have him be our 6th man, so toss Henderson as the starting SG?

This is where I think NO will find an upgrade by trade deadline and we are going to be a dark horse no one knows about and no one wants to play in the second half as teams wear down, but we are still running on them big time.

Based on Dames desire to want to be a winner and be the best. His drive and determination will push him into a great defensive player. If I am wrong, then I am wrong about many things of Dame and so is Mag's. I expect to see improvement in his defense this year. He is smart enough to know that as soon as Stotts has his sidekick starter in place, the number one thing for the two of the to work on together is D.
