This move also frees up space to sign Alan Williams - a ginormous upgrade to Dorsey. They got a lot better today.
So the 12th man being upgraded is a needle mover too? Man is this rebuild messing with your guys heads already?
Williams led the nation in rebounding for the last two years. His skillset will translate. He was the best player in the VSPL. He's quite the find.
he's a 6'8 center who led the nation in rebounding against bad opposition.. not much there, and if there was he won't play so it doesn't make a difference
Hollow? You do realize that Dmo was the Rockets 2nd option for like 3/4 of the season right? I even remember a game where Harden fouled out in OT and Dmo proceeded to score every time down and we won the game.
Two Dui's in a month must be pretty hard to defend for a lawyer if it's an athlete. What I would say is, "you're honor, my client never got drunk while punching a nun and kicking a midget." For the record......
They got him for nothing and they let him go for nothing. I would have thought that he would have been their halfway decent PF.
They got him for nothing because he's a piece of shit and he can't stop drinking and driving. We used to acquire guys like that. Did some of you want to go back to that kind management? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I would if I were Houston. I doubt their fans care as long he plays well on the court. This was a low risk -high reward move for them. For us it would have been a mistake. Right now I see six pretty good teams in the west. SA, Houston, Clippers, Memphis, OKC and GS Then about 4-5 other teams fighting for those last two spots. Then the rest.....
Marc Stein: ESPN sources say that the Lakers were also a determined trade bidder for Ty Lawson, but Denver clearly preferred what the Rockets offered – via Twitter ESPNSteinLine I thought LA would end up with him.
