I believe so. I think this man should be put in prison for beating up on a defensive black girl.

Is there a version of the video without the bullshit lies on the screen? I'm sure it is a totally fucked up deal but he doesn't slam her head to the ground as hard as he can and the girl can breath....she's talking for fucks sake. I only got half way through.

It's a little girl with three grown ass men on top of her PUNCHING her in the face. Regardless of what she stole, the amount of force applied to that CHILD was excessive and not Even done by police officers.. FUCK those men and ANYONE who thinks this is justified treatment...

 

Eric Garner could talk... he said he couldn't breathe 15+ times right before dying on camera in front of our eyes...

First of all that's a CHILD....

And He DOES slam her head to the ground (probably not as "hard as he could") hard RIGHT after punching the CHILD in the face several times. I wish I was there to get video of the entirety of the incident RIGHT up to the moment of me kicking him right in his fucking face and then daring the other motherfuckers to do anything. I would have then made sure the little girl sat her ass down until the police arrived. I don't care what they do in other countries. But in this country, the penalty for stealing anything should not be applied force. When people steal cars the police will draw their guns out. Do we really need to hurt and kill people for stealing personal property? Give them a penalty, put them in jail yes. Applying force because of theft is fucking bullshit. Why would we hurt people for property?

 

Had the little girl been White she would not have been treated this way. And I don't give a fuck what bullshit argument any of you try to apply, I believe this to my core. That said this is not a hate crime. It is however, unjustified use of force (assault) for a petty crime by citizens. Hell, even if the men were police officers this would be unjustified. You don't need to apply that much force to a CHILD (a little GIRL nonetheless) to apprehend her...

 

Eric Garner was a giganic lard ass with health problems.

She tried biting him. He punched her, probably because he sees her as a thug. Not even as a girl. Like I said, I only watched maybe a minute and a half.

When a person writes "as hard as he can" when it clearly wasn't they lose credibility.

It isn't probably, there is literally no chance that it was as hard as he could.

By the way, I thought the cops should have gone to prison for Eric Garner.

If it was a lesbian looking white girl with tattoos and those stupid gauge earrings who talked like a gang banger I could see it.

If she looked like Britney Spears in her first video, probably not.

I lived in SW Portland (Multhomah Village area) which is a pretty diverse area of town. NO police contact. Ever.

In the year and change that I've lived in conservative ass Milwaukie, I've been pulled over 6x. 5 of which did not result in any ticket. Jut the fucking cop asking me where the fuck I'm going and what I'm doing. Yes DWB does happen and has happened to me multiple times. How do you mean both ways? Also, saying it "happens both ways" is a way to just deflect against an problem we have with it disproportionately happening to us. This is a violation through and through of our 4th amendment rights.

I wasnt speaking of police profiling. I was speaking of everyday people. I hear from people that they profile black people in their neighborhood. Asking why they are there and such. But I also have experienced it towards white people myself. I have been told to get out of neighborhoods because someone thought I was a lawyer or cop, when really I was there to clean the gutters of an eldetly black woman, or drive someone to an appointment. I've even had black men get physical eith me for doing these things because they said they didnt need a white mans help.

Is that not profiling also?

Here is an anecdote. I know a Mexican guy who was born here who drove a big murdered out Nissan Titan pickup with no bumpers and ugly ass 22 inch wheels.

I asked him if he gets pulled over more or less than once a month. He was amazed I guessed he got pulled over a lot.. said it was because he was Mexican. Said he got stopped all the time.

I told him it was because his fugly truck looked suspicious. I knew it was a cop magnet by looking at it.

The windows were so dark you couldn't see in. The cops couldn't racially profile him unless guessing counts.

 

You may have had this experience once or twice. Generally we know not to fuck with White folk because we go to prison for that. I deal with profiling multiple times daily. Whether it be walking into a store or down the street. When we are profiled we are killed that's the difference. See Travonn Martin.

 

Conversely, my brother drives a Chevy Yukon that's lifted with chunky tires and wheels. He's never pulled over.
It's because they think somebody White is driving it. Police racially profile on vehicle type too.
