He'll be ready like a hungry lion when it's his turn to pitch. Of course the MGR and the rest of the team should never be made to feel disrespected, but one or two latenesses to workouts by one of the proven aces of the staff many days before he's scheduled to pitch isn't going to anger or sink the morale of the team. Of course Collins knows this.....and if he has half a brain, he won't make this an "issue" and won't push it too hard.
