    Sports' dudes are a complicated bunch. Unfortunately,
    most think they are privileged!

    It's all contrived nonsense if you ask me. Who knows what him and Boras are up to. I would say the chances of him eventually signing that big upcoming deal with the Mets are getting smaller and smaller.

    One little fender bender could do it.
    Mucho cars in a long bathtub.

    I like Harvey.....best way I can describe him from what I've seen and heard is, he's a reserved free spirit who welcomes the big stage......and is a terrific pitcher.

    Now the story is that he was "doing something" and lost track of time and didn't leave for the workout until 1:00 pm with the workout starting at 12:00 pm. Terry Collins is pissed....LMAO

    I wonder if the'll be a fine involved. My guess would be no.

    He'll be ready like a hungry lion when it's his turn to pitch.
    Of course the MGR and the rest of the team should never be made to feel disrespected, but one or two latenesses to workouts by one of the proven aces of the staff many days before he's scheduled to pitch isn't going to anger or sink the morale of the team. Of course Collins knows this.....and if he has half a brain, he won't make this an "issue" and won't push it too hard.

    Thanks 59, I haven't heard a single person mention Occam's Razor, since College, in both Philosophy and Theology classes.....

    My neighbor as a kid, became a Professor of Philosophy, outside of school, He was the only person who would mention or discuss as much, hats off to ya'......:tiphat:

    Occam's razor (also written as Ockham's razor and in Latin: 'lex parsimoniae,' which means 'law of parsimony') is a problem-solving principle devised by William of Ockham (c. 1287–1347), who was an English Franciscan friar and scholastic philosopher and theologian.

    a great principle, if there ever was one.

    "simplicity"—parsimony or elegance—the principle refers to, and that in a hypothetical formulation the facets of simplicity may work in different directions: a simpler description may refer to a more complex hypothesis, and a more complex description may refer to a simpler hypothesis.

    ...^^^

    I thought the same thing, a ploy by Bor-ass and Harvey. Who in MLB forgets what day or time it is? That's reserved only for some of us Old(er) Folks, who don't need to wear watches anymore....or can't see the Watch because we've grown to blind to see it anyway.....
    :tiphat::oldman:

    but in Rick's case, He's still using that Braille Sun Dial watch.....

    There's no excuse for it. Do you think Kershaw forgot to go to a team workout today? Just idiotic behavior.
