    It is an attempt at liberalism that is so utterly self-absorbed that it comes back around to being something intensely Orwellian. An offshoot of white knighting, these beta males and fat-faced arch-feminists define themselves by the intensity of offence they register at the most benign triggers. It's part of the hipster subculture born of college campuses who think sticking up for what amounts to a damsel in distress caricature culminates in validation as a cultural sensitivity paragon. In a free society you have no right to not be offended. The reality is that the "PC Culture" that aggrieved middle-to-late aged white men moan about is not nearly as prevalent or effectual as they suggest (another aspect of victim culture). Don Imus still has a job. The nature of these cultural vultures is to move on to new targets before the old ones are fully consumed.
