I'd just love to hear the reasoning behind him being allowed to do this. I mean really what genius thought that this would be a good idea?

The Royals just look like a bad match-up for these power arms of the Mets. They like the fastball and always seem to make contact.

Ok I get it. Working for a Bank for 20+ years, you have to cover your ass so as per is a bad habit of mine. On that note as per Lillie if the the Mets don't win they are in deep Doo Doo. :pokecrap:

I agree Lillie, if they go back home down 2-0 they're in a boat load of shit.

Suddenly the Mets can't hit. Only two hits tonight both by Duda.

Looks like Royals are tacking on in this inning. It doesn't stop.

And there it is. Royals win it 7-1 to go up 2-0 as Cueto ends up with a complete game two hitter.

Indeed, and it tasted like cough syrup too.

Touring around Fla, on Vacation all summer; early 70s. A Buddy and I, spent the Night at a Bar/Night Club, (ladies night, drinks half price for all). Drank the bar under, then made a mistake by hitting up a Liquor Store, and buying a bottle of Mad Dog, got so drunk, I wound up sleeping in a School Yard. (good thing school was out)....!

Caution: Do not eat 10 White Castle Burger's when drinking Mad Dog...!

If I could of had Cindy Crawford in her youth, or an older Crawford, and a Flux Capacitor, yeah that would do......

Last (and only) Royals' WS Title- 1985 in 7 games.
Royals lost their first two WS games (at home) in '85.

Last Mets' WS Title - 1986 in 7 games.
Mets lost the first two WS games (at home) in '86.

Both of those teams won their last WS on the same day, Oct 27, one year apart....in the Mets' case 29 years ago, in the Royals' case, 30 years ago.
And this 2015 WS began on Oct 27.

    Something has to give.

I'm kinda getting the "feeling" this Series has a lot of drama and excitement left.
Credit to the Royals for holding homefield in first two games.
Could wrap it up with 2/3 at Citi Field.

Getting to the middle of both teams' SP with aces up for a possible Game 5 on Sunday. If I were a KC fan I would have to feel reasonably confident about winning two of the next 3 or 4 games.
If I was a Mets fan, I obviously have to believe the Mets can take 2/3 at Citi Field and bring it back to KC for a rematch of deGrom and 120+ pitch Cueto.

Many times the WS takes on a life of it's own, has its OWN unscripted twists and turns. Good stuff.

Mets hit an offensive skid at the wrong time. Murphy wasn't going to continue that tear and nobody else has stepped up. Wright is a shell of himself and Cespedes has done little else except take absurd hacks.
