Well if you think about it Sly, we have the right to bear arms and we are free to associate. Sometimes you are not armed as well as you should be if your neighbor has no arms, but you are free to fix it, that is what militias do. John Hancock did it, and Americans have done it since this Country was founded. We have been free to use our judgement in this matter for years now without involving the Government. If that is to change then some Amendments need to pass the process, not just a new law, partisan as hell being imposed. You may want to subject yourself (and the rest of us) to a nanny state approval for every action, but I don't. I feel very responsible for my actions. Actually, I think all this fear these days over guns, is do to people growing up with no knowledge or training with weapons, it gets worse as time marches on. Yes the Chief does agree, so does the Sheriff.

For hopefully the last time, I support gun rights and I own guns. We have the right to own guns. And yes, I do believe that we have the right to associate and make friends. We do not have the right to give those friends guns whenever we want. I have said to you before, if you want to help your friends buy guns, drive them to the gun range to train them to shoot, fill out background checks for them, even give them money to buy guns, all of that is fine. But you do not have the right to wander around your neighbor and arm your neighbors. I'll tell you what, send me the names of your Police Chief and Sheriff and I will find their email addresses, I will ask them exactly what you're saying they've already agreed to. We will see if they really want people handing out guns whenever and to whomever they want.

So I end it here. Like most others that want to infringe upon peoples rights and subject them to the control of the state, you are not prepared to do it by amending the Constitution. Just pass a law and be done with it. Real surprising coming from man that can think. You know and I know you know, it will not stop one crimal from doing a criminal act. It would only stop people that wish to abide by the laws. However, this time those people are saying enough, you do not alone hold the power to subject us to the approval of the state where no approval right has been granted by the people. why have laws at all? criminals will always break them (by definition). If we have no laws, we'll have no criminals! I agree we should amend the constitution. And eventually it will happen, but probably be at least another 20 years or so. barfo
I agree with the M&P shield but I like the 9mm. I also love my Glock 19. It is 9mm as well. I highly recommend 9mm because you can get cheap ammo to practice and the defense rounds are more than powerful enough.
Agreed. I have a 9mm, and some people think it's not strong enough, but if you shoot someone in the right spots it's more than fine (I think small dicked people think it's not powerful enough) It depends though, if it's for home defense, I'm going shotgun or revolver over semi auto.
