Being that patient with Batum: bad decision. Replacing Batum with Aminu: good decision. Time to apply that lesson to Leonard. If Vonleh doesn't force his way into the rotation by the end of the season, time to apply it to him as well.
Give Vonleh at least the time that we've given Meyers, who still can't watch the ball and the man he's defending at the same time.
How was being patient on Batum a bad decision? Batum turned out to be, and still is, a solid NBA starter. We then flipped him for a lottery pick. Don't see anything wrong with that.
Yea but a sorry lottery pick. You just dont get free lottery picks for nothing, theres always a catch
Batum, as much as was loathed here, is still a capable starter. No matter how much you want that to not be the case.
I think Von will just find but I would alternate Alexander and Von I would love to see what Alexander can do. Who both of these guys just might be our future power fowards.
I'd love to see Alexander play as I heard he is a beast rebounder and we need that badly, but I have heard nothing recently after that last injury report
I think people need to dial back the expectations a bit. Sheesh.... we win a couple games and people are acting like the team has been some huge disappointment.
We'd probably win more with Kaman playing in Vonleh's minutes but I'm glad to see the young guy getting a look early on
