    Pick and roll defense depends on the player that's running the pick and roll. You should go over the pick if its a guard like Curry. If you're playing Chris Paul give me to mix up going over and under. A player like Tony Parker lives in the lane so one should go underneath the pick so he has to shoot The 20 foot jumper.

    Why is this so obvious to many fans and yet an NBA COACH hasn't figured it out? I mean, this alone should be enough of a red flag. But in combination with all the other questionable things Stotts has done I just don't see how he has a future as an NBA head coach.
