    Lillard always sucks at the end of each quarter. With 28 seconds left he hoists a lackadaisacal 30-footer. With 4 seconds left he misses a half-hearted 24-footer. The strategy of hurrying to get 2 possessions in the last 30 seconds always, always fails because he's not really trying.
