Kasich and Rubio COULD beat her. I think Trump gets slaughtered. I've already bet someone 500$ there is no way he wins. We shall see

We can at least both agree on Cruz. He'd lose the worst out of the 4.

I always liked Frank Burns in MASH, I don't like him running for president.

I hate it when Cruz goes into his "abolish the IRS" schtick. It's basically his go to when he wants some cheers and has nothing else to say on a matter

I do like the 16% business tax. Cut out all the tax credit BS, just a flat 16%.

I hear that often. But it's never gonna happen. Politicians enjoy using the tax code too much to completely go to a flat tax.

There are a shit ton of people that pay $0 in federal income tax and get EIC credits back. That's another reason why there will NEVER be a flat tax.

It's so easy for a politician to tweak the tax code to gain votes. With a flat tax, that's gone.

A flat tax is regressive on the poor. Why don't people understand the simple math of this?

poor person makes $10,000 pays $1K in tax, gets a $2K tax credit.

rich person makes $1M and pays $100K in tax, gets a $2K tax credit.

    Regressive?

    LOL

I think it's smarmy and disingenuous how you libertarians and Republicans keep pushing this bullshit flat tax. We're not stupid.

I think the numbers speak for themselves.

    Poor person gets $1K back.

Rich person pays $100K and gets $1K back.

By the definition of progressive tax, the rich guy is paying 100x more AND the refund is a drop in the bucket to him. To the poor person, $1K is HUGE.
