    We (and many of people I grew up with) used it all the time. Same as "welcher" or "welched on a bet". You grow up, you find out what those words mean, and then out of your respect for others, you take them out of your vernacular. That's not being politically correct.

    Most people that complain about political correctness are just upset because they don't get to say the same racist words that used to say.

    That's the point I'm trying to make. Prejudice and discrimination walk hand in hand with racism. They are the same actions. People who come in here and want to parse words by saying that Muslims aren't a race are simply dodging the issue.

    The Donald is a fucking discriminator.

    I haven't heard the word Welcher use in ages either. I just asked my daughter, visiting from North Carolina if she knew what Welcher meant. She does but said she hadn't heard it used since she was a child. Is the language still in use in the Portland area?

    Question for you about this story or doctrine, what ever it is. How would you characterize this the motive behind this story?
