    I would say that most people who support Trump do not support his bigoted/racist/racial theories at all.

    What Trump talks about in his stump speeches, almost exclusively, are the bad free trade deals negotiated by the idiots who've held office all along. That's pretty much what Sanders is selling, too.

    I've written that I can see Trump's appeal. I do not underestimate his ability to appeal to whoever he chooses to at any moment.

    If not for his bigotry, I would find him at least an interesting candidate.

    i dont believe ive ever called him a racist. but one could certainly make the argument. And many of his supporters are racist.

    I wasn't implying you did. I was mixed up and thinking I was in the other thread where the title was Donald Trump is a racist or some shit.

    But yes, anyone can make arguments about anything; but I haven't seen repeated evidence of any racism on Trumps part. And in regards to the comment about supporters being racist. Sure, I guess that can be true, but that can be true for almost every candidates supporters. Because a good majority of the USA, and the world is racist or bigoted in one way or another; that is just the facts of life, however shitty that may be.

    @Jade Falcon, calling someone a racist is a personal insult.

    The posts of @dviss1 you quoted weren't personal insults. I can see that you might have been offended by them but we don't have a please don't offend anyone rule around here.

    To make it really easy and simple for you, we welcome you to attack/debate/argue with what someone says or posts, that's a big part of what makes forums fun. But there is no need to attack someone personally.
    Attack the post not the poster.

    When you attack what someone posts it invites them to defend their position, when you attack someone personally it just turns into a giant shit show, you insult him, he insults you, on and on and on.

    If you think what someone has posted is racist, then say that but leave the personal insults out of it.


    @Jade Falcon and @dviss1 just to show you this isn't black and white (see what I did there, god I crack myself up) I'm not sure if calling someone childish is a personal insult. I'll be the first to admit sometimes I act childish. If someone said that to me I'm not sure if I would feel insulted.
