One of the best box score lines per minute I've seen this season...Speights had 25 points (10-14 FG, 5-6 FT), 9 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 block, 0 TO, 0 assists...in 18 minutes. So I expected a blowout and he had done this in garbage time. But check the headline and the Game Flow graph under it. http://espn.go.com/nba/game?gameId=400828868
There are some huge games around the league tonight. Blazers @ Thunder Grizzlies @ Rockets Mavs @ Hornets Bulls @ Raptors Pistons @ Wizards
They didn't have their best player, their starting point guard AND Brandon Jennings But true we did win against Orlando
And we've been equally outgunned in the two games bookending it, against 2 of the 3 teams we're most likely to see in the first round. Good luck putting a positive spin on that.
We've already beaten both of those teams this year including A THIRTY TWO POINT BUTTWHIPPING of the Warriors last month.
Damn I thought Tunchi was about to say the trolling was fun while it lasted, but now that his rockets have slain the mighty grizzlies by 1000 points he is finally ready to reveal himself as supreme rockets fan #1... Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait.
LeBron not playing tonight against the Mavs...suck. Cleveland is 3-12 in the last 2 years when LeBron sits. It's in Cleveland, so still a decent chance they can beat the Mavs.
Mavs lose to a LeBron-less Cavs, OKC crushes the Celtics in Boston, proving that the Blazers ran into a really good team the other night. Hopefully the Rockets can lose to the Clippers. Memphis is playing really bad basketball at the moment, I would not be at all surprised if the Blazers eventually caught that team. A 5 seed would be ideal.
