Was trying to remember how I was swayed to join RipCityTWO. I remember joining this Nerd World back in the summer of '05 right before the Martell Webster draft. I started with some of you over at BBF. That's what it was called right? I remember late summer of 2008 that place started to implode and then don't remember which one of you it was, but I got invited over here. Never went back. What exactly started all that drama over there? I remember the last straw was getting banned because I started a thread asking how a US Olympic team made up with just white American born players would fair. Said I was being a racist! That was enough for The HCP, I was out. Only two places I've ever visited to chat hoops. ANYWAY, curious who else was over there, or where did you come from and how did you find out about this place? What was your start date here? I bet a TON of you have that September 2008 join date like me! Wanted to thank Denny for having such a kick ass place like this for us to hang! #RipCity By the way, just for your info, Denny didn't start actually paying me to post here until spring 2012!
Id love to say I was a member, but I wasn't. However, I remember a few names from there. I'm pretty sure Dviss and Mags were from there. And another... Cmeese... I used to stalk that place and read posts, but never joined.
I was over there too, but under a different name. I know at one point I was Nate McVillian, Thylo, and a couple others I can't recall. Don't remember what caused the explosion, but I remember it all happened real quick.
Yeah somehow ended up here; had a few buddies from OSU who were Blazer fanatics too they probably got me to switch over. Way back in the day we posted on some "FanHome" site. Never was involved in the fallout at BBF; just followed the heard. There was some HAP poster and some guy who loved this red green show. Think they vanished when we migrated. Or maybe they're living among us an I'm clueless.
I was there at FanHome too. Something wacky happened there too. I would have guessed it was HCP's fault but I don't think he was there.
Remember, it was my banning on BBF that caused a big controversy and revolution that eventually had people looking for a new board. :MARIS61:

That's would be me I posted on fanhome. Then bbb.net which turned into bbf, then posted here and bbf at the same time until you all migrated. I was pulled over here by a great guy named cpawfan.
