Hey, I was just thinking, when I was a kid we had a tool that would use special rubber bands for cattle. That might be just the ticket for you. The only down side is that you never know when they will just fall off..could get a little awkward.

Yeah...that looks like the new and improved version that we used. Seems to me we always referred to it as The Bander. Ours was a little smaller than that one. I had a dog that used to cross the highway to visit the female on the other side. Dad and my uncle decided to band the dog. Great plan, but something went wrong in the execution. Dog squirmed at the wrong time and the bander slipped. The end result was going one for two and the dog hiding for a week.
Well I survived. The procedure isn't bad at all. They numb you up pretty good. In fact, I would say the aftermath is worse (but still not horrible). I have a lot of ice on the groinal area right now. Without ice? It would be bad.
