A group of youngsters just won a major decision in their efforts to sue the federal government over climate change. But suing the federal government would be an empty victory. Who is the "federal government". The fine won't be levied against the public officials who have been responsible for blocking action on this issue. It'll come from our tax dollars, and who is going to get the money? This is stupid.
Well, nobody ever accused them of being smart. These are the same idiots who would randomly pull people off the street to sue them for litter in a sewer drain.
