She is so beautiful! Truly an amazing job! Pick up a couple of blocks and cheese and bring it to me when you go to the Schonz & Rice Meet and Greet.
I love your boat and I love Bandon. Probably my favorite Oregon coastal town. Absolutely beautiful in that area.
Okay my friend, you have proven that you can build the boat, now I want to see how you get it in the bottle.
^^an M-2 on the bow would really mess with the CG and dynamic stability. Really should think about port and starboard miniguns.
Spring is here, when is the Mar Azul making a run to Portland? When is that Astoria to Victoria race? You running in that?
Still working down the fix it list from the last shake down. Pretty close to leaving for the next, heading North and up the Columbia I expect sometime in the 2nd week of April. No we are not running the Offshore this year. I needed to get three people in a class in Portland to meet qualifications and that didn't happen for couple reasons. But anyway I am bringing the MarAzul up to at least St Helens, perhaps Portland, then back to Astoria for some yard work. The fix list is too much to write about, most is done, you will have to come see, easier to talk about it than write. Hopefully I will write about some of it in Blue Water Crusing or Cruising World, some articles I intend to write.
Thanks Denny! I just ordered a quart of the stuff, to use on the bottom of my inflatable. It is rather ancient and some of the original has been flaking off. This looks like just the ticket.
I probably will be in the Umpqua riding the hook that evening. Have to catch the game listening to Wheels.
