^^^Yeah, I'm convinced - Sonics logo is good. The other one I was struggling with was similar - the Denver version. I actually think it works better today than it did back then - back when it was in use I remember hating it. Too busy, and the skyline is generic.

I'm sure I'll get hate for this. The blazers logo is beautiful on its own. The pinwheel is fantastic and one of the best logos in sports. But when it is inside of the slanted rectangle it ruins everything. I can't stand that look. It looks way too busy. It doesn't need to be inside of a rectangle, the silver is distracting, and that rectangle should not be slanted to the side like it's fast or something. "Man, that rectangle sure looks fast! ", said no one ever.
No hate at all - you are 100% correct. Another thing I dislike about our newer logo is the tapering of the fingers. This is the only TRVE logo:
Blazers have the best logo in pro sports..I love both styles of pinwheel...love the rip city versions, the white sleeved ripcity jersey is one of my favorites..
I'm not even the biggest fan of the Trail Blazers logo, to be honest. It's kinda meh. Most pro sports logos are dumb, though, so there is that.
