Two years ago Cole was my #1 BAE target:

    "Cole Aldrich
    25 years old | 6'11" 245 | C
    46 games | PER36: 10 PPG 14 RPG 3.3 BPG | DRtg: 100 -- 23 TRB%| 19 PER

I know it's a very small sample size but for the first time in his career he looked like he had a clue last year. In two starts (yeah, I know..) he put up 13 PPG 13 RPG 4 BPG. He's hopefully on the upswing and won't revert to his pre-Knick play. When you're looking for a backup/3rd stringer, there isn't a better option out there for the BAE."

I endorse this summer target - if we can't land Ezeli.

I like Cole Aldrich and Bismack Biyombo out of the cheapo options. If talking exclusively bigs.

Depending on the price Cole makes my interest of free agent bigs somewhere along with; Boban, Biyombo, Mozgov, Mahimi, Ezeli, Joakim, Gasol, Sullinger, Speights, DMo, Zeller.

The league is really stacked with serviceable centers right now. I've never seen a period with so many options and such a small difference between an average starter and a 3rd stringer. It's really an area where teams don't need to spend any money.

My worst nightmare for the offseason would probably be trading away Ed Davis, matching a huge contract for Meyers; then signing Dwight Howard.

You could make the argument that he's the 3rd best free agent center behind Gasol and Horford

Dwight Howard, Hassan Whiteside, Al Horford.

Cmon, you're a hoop fan. You already know who's out there.

I think he would be a nice addition. He's stat line for this year looks incredible.

    Per 36
60% from the field 71% FT, 13 rebounds 2.3 assists, 3.1 blocks 2/1 steals 15 points. Guy is all over the place.

Biggest down side is that he averages over 5 fouls per game for his career.

Lock Mason Plumlee in a gym all summer till he develops a jump shot, and move him to forward.

Not sure he's gonna be undervalued for long.

Gotta be cautious though. A lil Jerome James stuff might be happening here.

Check his stats he's been good all year, two years now really. Just not playing a lot of minutes.

Difference is that Udoh is going to want to get paid pretty well to come over I think. Biyombo and Aldrich should be able to be had for a reasonable contract. All 3 good options to look into however.

Udoh is out of the league. What the hell kind of bargaining power does he have?

I haven't seen his contract specifically but a lot of guys over there get paid more than they would here. So depends on his motivation. Bigger star over there and more money so depends on how bad he actually wants back in this league.
