I feel like we've been heroic. After considerable effort, we've made it to the base camp of Mt. Everest! Are we ready to go further? Probably not, but we'll never know because some jackasses stole our supplies. That sucks, but the real worry is that the jackasses might just be around next year, too.
Well, we have had two days of practice to adjust to what they have been doing. (I'm trying to get myself pepped up but then I start to think "What if Rivers does something completely different this game?")
I'm too lazy to research it, but I bet most of these guys have been to the NCAA play-offs, where every game is an elimination game. If they could handle that as teenagers, they should be able to handle this as adults!
Especially Plums at Duke. He played in 16 NBA playoff games prior to Sunday, albeit with limited minutes.
