I mean if we lose Game 6 because "we were getting ahead of ourselves," will that be our fault? Of course not. Imagining how great the future will be is actually fun. My dream when I was a kid was to perform on Broadway. In 1999, when I auditioned for a Broadway production of Jesus Christ Superstar, I got called back for a second audition and even though I wasn't even close to getting cast, my husband and I were so excited by the thought that I could get cast. We basically celebrated early. Well, 6 auditions and 2 months of waiting later, I was cast. And I performed on Broadway. And I performed on the Tony Awards. And it was wonderful. But guess what was the happiest moment of that entire experience? It was that day we celebrated my first audition. The possibilities were a wonder to behold. So I will celebrate us beating the Warriors now because it actually seems really possible and I'm excited about it. And it's not a jinx. There ain't know such thing.
You need to have a lil bit of luck to have success. In this case, they've had a great deal of it and have been very fortunate. But it's a team that can use this experience going and moving forward. Asterisk or not. This will be good for them.
the Spurs championship was a * this is just part of the game, could have happened at any point. it makes it that much sweeter tbh to know the clipps fanbase is losing their fuckin minds over it.

Golden state only won the championship because Cleveland had two injured all stars. See, nobody mentioned that anymore.
They barely squeaked by last night. Dame stinking up the joint for three quarters on both ends of the floor wont fly against Golden State. If he continues this play this will be a quick series. Dame is still getting lit up by scrubs but man I love seeing Plumlee explode into this assist machine from the high-post.
Assuming the Blazers hold on and win game 6, the Warriors will still be odds on favorites to win the (potential) series against the Blazers, even WITH Curry missing time. Cart before horse. Counting chickens before they hatch. To quote Strenuus, the only thing the fans and the team should be thinking of is winning game 6.
Yeah that's what the team should be thinking but as fans we can extrapolate our obsession to any point we so pleasure.
All of them together, or do we have one for the small intestine, one for the large intestine and even one for the stomach?
