FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE STILL WATCHING......

    RHP - Nathan Eovaldi (1-2, 4.38 ERA)

    VS.

    LHP - David Price (3-0, 5.76 ERA)

Eovaldi was stellar in his last outing, throwing 7 shutout innings & giving up only 2 hits in a 3-1 win.

    Lineups to follow.................

3-0 and 5.76 era...looks like Price has the run support Eovaldi had last year.

I was thinking the same thing when I posted it. And Eovaldi's run support was near 7 last season.

Yeah, Nate's last outing was stellar thru 7.1 IP. A total of 98 Pitches,- an average of 3.76 pitches per batter; an improvement over wasting too many pitches, in prior games, and past year(s).

ntm- Team was 1/9 w/RISP... w/ Castro and Ellsbury hitting HR's, perhaps the Yanx can pull another rabbit out of their hats, as Eovaldi keeps the game close...

3.76 pitches per batter, 3 balls and/or strikes, 76 foul balls....doh- as Rick would say, without his dentures; - "sumpin' like dat"...

Ironic- how the Arkansas Joke lingered for soooo long, and of all members, Rick is the one who takes his vacations to those backwoods of Arkysaw....doo do doo do do, dah dah dah dah dah, ding da ding dang dung....bling de bling dah dang ding dong- One can hear those dueling banjo's now... Rick make sure you take your Kevlar Levi's with you, next go round, they could be the thing that saves your life...

Tonight's starting lineup, & all I say is.........HOLY SHIT! Not only is Headley still in the lineup but Girardi rewarded him & moved him up in the order.

    CF - Ellsbury (235)
    LF - Gardner (254)
    DH - A-Rod (185) (this is not a misprint)
    1B - Teixeira (224)
    2B - Castro (305)
3B - Headley (150) (this is not a misprint either)
RF - Hicks (.o87) (neither is this)
    SS - Torreyes (381)
    C - Romine (294)

And no, I did not post this lineup as a joke.

What the Fuck is wrong with Girardi, does he pick the batting order out of a hat??? I can see another big fat zero being put up again tonight.

The Red Sox are probably looking at this Yankees lineup like a bear looking at a slab of meat.

...missed opportunity in the first inning...seems like this team just can't catch a break.

These Despicable Yankees may set many negative stats
in their entire history. Let's face it, we are watching history in
the making! Shame on management and ownership.

Any sports management should only have a 2 year term.....
if they do not get their team into a playoff position. Adios.

Yeah maybe Ricky Two Teams should lighten up on Arod, at least he is still hitting home runs despite his batting average.

Ells showing how this bandbox made him a high value FA, and ARod finally connected.

At 3 runs, almost to the season avg, one more run and in plus territory.
