You're missing the point dude. The mere fact that it was even brought up across media outlets, in of itself, is the PC Police trying to start something. Like I said, it was a very clever subtle way of pushing agenda.
Cool story bro. But that doesn't prove your point like you think it does. He literally referred to black people playing basketball as resembling monkeys. He then apologized. Historically referring to black people in that manner has been racist. That's the reason why it made news. Not because some PC police was coming out chastising him about it because that simply didn't happen. I didn't miss the point. Now if that was done with a Southern accent as opposed to and New Zealand Australian accent then maybe there would have been some uproar. Most everyone knows he was not being racist.
