    If there is one thing children should be exposed to it is critical thinking. Taking away debate is contrary to that.

    True, although there is no shortage of things to debate. One doesn't really need to pretend everything is unknown in order to promote critical thinking.

    Second, your link says Woodrow Wilson's quote was from 1909, well before Mussolini met Montessori - so if anything Mussolini was quoting Wilson, not the other way around.

    He's most reliably so. On trade, for one.

    He's no Libertarian, that's for sure.

    No way to ever know, but if Trump ran as a Democrat, he'd have beaten Hiliar in the primaries for YOUR party's nomination.

    It's possible. Of course he'd have taken a completely different position on immigration if he was going to do that, but that's no problem for The Donald.

    He also could have won the Libertarian nomination, if he'd decided to take roughly Libertarian positions. Since his core belief system is that he should be the center of attention, it's not a big problem for him to switch sides.

    He's consistently been against the trade agreements previous and current administrations have negotiated. I don't think that would change, and it wouldn't be appealing to Libertarians.

    If Trump is trying to get republican votes, he wouldn't talk about raising taxes, raising the minimum wage, funding planned parenthood, and many other issues that cause concern among "conservatives." But you think he'd somehow morph those positions to be the opposite of what democrats want? Where's the logic in that?

    This is pure horse shit, everyone knows that man can't intentionally or unintentionally change a climate. Only god can change a climate. If they really want to change Mars climate they should build churches there.

    Very good barf, I did post it backward. But look at that! The original National Socially took the queue from the Icon of American Progressivism.
    Then the Next Icon of American Progressivism, took his queue from him, Mussolini, when implementing the NRA (National Recovery Act)

    Now on the face of it, who can disagree? Not I and probably not you.
    (However, it does remind me of Obama, chiding the class at Howard, vote give me more Democrats)

    But I really don't think we should be educating children under control of the Federal government when the leaders have these sort of agendas in mind.
    Education of children should be as individualist as possible to enable each child to become the best they can be as individual with differing aptitudes and strengths.
    No mission at all in molding them to any agenda.
