Okay John Nash and Steve Patterson, the new GM and President, said that the Blazers are going to definately change their image. First off, we lost our best image player, Pippen. Second off, we have done nothing free agent or trade wise except lose two players thus far. Send Ruben, Sheed and Damon the hell outta Portland for some good guys. I was stoked to hear that we might not be called the Jail Blazers anymore, but so far it still looks like we are going to be. I want to see some changes and I want to see them happen now. We layed off some employees, that doesnt help our image besides the fact we're not over staffed. Nash and Patterson better stick to their promises.

you also don't draft a player named 'Outlaw' if you are trying to shed your jailblazer image.

I know what you mean shape and when I was watching the NBA draft and Stern announced we got Travis Outlaw, I just went 'WTF IS THAT!?' So me and my friend Scott were pissed the rest of the day we didnt get Ebi or Howard or someone good. I have no idea what the front office was thinking. I hate the decisions we have mad as of late, screw the front office.

Stoudamire just got on some more drug charges. Stoudamire and Wallace as a package might be able to get Steve Nash, Dallas need a big man (not Dirk). Dallas then have a line up of

    PG NVE
    SG Finley
    SF Dirk
    PF Wallace
    C Lafrentz.

And Portland have changed their image a bit more with a line up of

    PG Nash
    SG DA
    SF Bonzi Wells???
    PF Randolph
    C Sabas

Randolph should explode by starting and Portland should have less off court incidents.

Hapnnsas-Sorry but I couldn't get a trade for Raef to the Blazers for you.

I don't really like that trade, but I think a Stoudamire & Sheed package won't go down because they are both high priced players. Maybe dealing Sheed for a legit center like LaFrentz or Illgauskas. If I were John Nash I'd look into sending Stoudamire & Sheed away. If it was possible to package them up a possible trade could be those two for Illgauskas and Wagner. Projected outlooks...

    PG - Stoudamire/McInnis
    SG - Anderson/Wells
    SF - Wells/Patterson/Woods
    PF - Randolph/Davis
    C - LaFrentz/Davis/Sabonis

    PG - Wagner/McInnis
    SG - Anderson/Wells/Wagner
    SF - Wells/Patterson/Woods
    PF - Randolph/Davis
    C - Illgauskas/Davis/Sabonis

Both look good to me... I want to get those two out of here for sure though but I don't think it will happen. [IMG]

well i live in ohio and i wouldn't mind my fave player (damon) to come to cleveland, but sheed has to go. Damon is one of their main staples in scoring. yes so is Sheed but he's the worst of them all i say get a decent center like per say marcus camby or zydrunas. that would work

We all know Damon can play 12 Down but he is too much of a pot head for safe keeping. I believe he has been cited with weed 3 times now. Sheed is of course a trouble maker but he has a better game than Damon does and he gets more points a game. I would like to see the Raef/Van Exel trade mentioned in the Rumor Mill go down but the only downside to that is our only small forward left would be Qyntel. Unless we start Nick at point, DA at shooting, Zach at small, Sheed and power and Raef at center. I want to see Portland 'change their image' because I hate everyone poking jokes at my home team. I am used to it by now but still I wan't a team that doesn't fight eachother, doesn't smoke weed, and doesn't get 5 technical fouls every game. Sheed is a better player now that he has calmed down and I would be glad to see Sheed stay.

You have Sabonis as a 3rd stringer behind Raef LaFrentz? Learn the game, then post.
