Realistic player to replace Crabbe I'd want is McLemore - he can do what Crabbe does for less that 1/4 of the cost. He shot the 3-ball at 36% past 2 yrs on a crappy Sac team, bet that would go up IMO at least 2% with Blazers given that he'd get a lot better looks

Totally agree. I'd like him too, but it's difficult to get him as all we have to offer is bigs and they have a lot too.

I think a 3-way trade would have to be worked out, Plumlee to somewhere, Mclemore to Por, and ? to Sac. It's very doable IMO if the right pieces can be found - what does Sac want? Or Vonleh for McLemore straight up?

Seems like we'd need to move Plumee for a pick in a three way or send one of our picks to Sacramento. Not sure what they'd be looking for (who knows with Divac), but I've thought McLemore might be a good idea too.

more I think about it our 2018 Cle 1st probably gets it done, problem is salary match, if Crabbe goes I believe we get back 2.7 mil as capspace, McLemore makes 4 mil - throw in one of our cheap guys like Connaughton or Montero

I would love to get Sullinger, but at this point I don't see how that would work, unless we renounced all our RFA guys.

I mentioned earlier that if we tried to get Sully we'd likely renounce Meyers - that frees up 7.5 mil and if Crabbe leaves that should be another 2.7 mil, so we'h have close to 10 mil I think - don't think I'd pay Sully more than that

Good point... and right now I would definitely take Sullinger over Leonard.

it would be nice to have some post scoring, seems like Sully would be a good rotational guy, supposedly a fairly decent defender and rebounder. I'd much rather have him than one dimensional Meyers with a risky shoulder

Sullinger and McLemore in place of Crabbe and Leonard would balance out our roster pretty well.

Dame/CJ/Turner/Sullinger/Ezeli with McLemore/Harkless/Aminu/Davis/Plumlee. I could go for that.

Yup. I would be okay with that "trade" of sorts.

Maker looks nice, great on the boards and a soft touch around the rim.

Sullinger just agreed to a 1 year deal with the Raptors. Unsure of amount right now.

Don't think they had much money left. Has to be for an exception. Good move for them.

    So for BOS:

    In: Horford
Out: Turner, Sullinger, and most likely Johnson?

Ya, they had to have gotten a steal. But it also means they can't really keep him beyond next year unless they get under the cap.

Considering how big this offseason was supposed to be for them, I'm not sure if adding Horford is going to be enough.

He missed out on all the money this summer and will be trying to hit it big next summer. Good idea for him actually.

Which is why it will not be shocking to me if Harkless takes the QO.

I selfishly hope he doesn't (because that punches his ticket out of town next summer) but it might be a smart financial decision for him. That I agree on.
