Should we start Crabbe if Harkless doesn't come back?

    Dame
    CJ
    Crabbe
    Aminu
    Plumlee

Is a nightmare to defend. Also allows better staggering of ball handlers with Turner coming off the bench first for CJ. Then CJ coming back in for Dame. Pretty sure Stotts would like two of CJ/Dame/Turner on the floor at the same time, but having all three mitigates some of the effectiveness of Dame/CJ.

Rebounding would be a big issue though. That's a terrible rebounding lineup. Maybe start Ezeli over Plumlee?

I don't care who starts as long as turner and crabbe can get around 30 minutes each.

    god this is confusing.

you'd have to think if we resign harkless then something else is brewing. we're pretty much stacked as far as players who either deserve minutes or we seem to have paid enough that they'll get decent minutes.

    PG - Dame/Napier/CJ
    SG - CJ/Crabbe/Turner/Luis/Pat
    SF - Turner/Crabbe/Harkless/Aminu
    PF - Aminu/Davis/Vonleh/Meyers/Alexander
    C - Ezeli/Plumlee/Davis/Meyers

it's nice to have this much depth, but you could easily look at this and think 'how the fuck this gonna work?'

I imagine Napier, Montero, Connaughton and Alexander will not get too many minutes. Vonleh will probably be behind in rotation too. That leaves us with:

    PG: Lillard 35 / Turner 13
    SG: McCollum 35 / Crabbe 13
    SF: Turner 18 / Crabbe 12 / Harkless 18
    PF: Aminu 28 / Davis 20
    C: Ezeli 24 / Plumlee 12 / Leonard 12

Which is not really great. You have playes like Harkless, Leonard and Plumlee all getting below 30 minutes, Crabbe is getting 25 which is minimum for $17.5M contract player, Lillard and McCollum are basically nailed on to play 35 per game and Turner will be getting between 25 and 30 too. I thik Plumlee gets traded in that scenario and his minutes will be distributed between Leonard and Davis. Ideally we'll package a few players together for one top player. Then again depth is great and we'd basically have a very strong team on the court at all times with the above line up. Exciting times.

    Perimeter: (PG,SG,SF)
    Lillard, CJ, Turner, Crabbe, Harkless

    Interior: (PF, C)
Aminu, Ezeli, Davis, Plumlee, Meyers, Vonleh
Without worrying about cohesion, finding PT for the perimeter isn't too challenging:

    Perimeter = 144min.
    Dame 36min
    McCollum 35min
    Turner 28min
    Crabbe 27min
    Harkless 18min

But on the interior? It's impossible.

    Interior=96min.
    Aminu 24min
    Ezeli 18min
    Davis 18min
    Plumlee 15min
    Leonard 15min
    Vonleh 6min

This is why we still bring back Harkless, as we have minutes for him. But our big men? Impossible.
