Here's your disconnect. I'm pretty sure MM meant "There is a large contingent of Star Wars nerds that consider the Dark side good, and the Jedi evil." to be taken literally, not as an analogy regarding Leonard Fans vs. Haters.
Never said I did. Either way, all I was asking for was some numbers to support. No offence, but Im not here to "Get anyone" I'm here to get the Blazers. But I also do love and cherish a large contingent of a populous that is on the same page, especially when they are the fans of the same thing i'm a fan of. I guess im with those that would rather bash up, rather than bash down. There are ways to do it without seeming like a Homer... or a pescimist.
I believe your right. And initially I wanted the numbers on that, but then internally said, no, lets keep this about the Blazers and Leonard. Because that was the topic of discussion when trying to convert MM. Either way, where are those numbers of this large contingent?
Hey!! You never answered my Q about MMA and all that!! I was genuinely curious but I guess i'm too small ball for ya still.
How many people does it take to build a planet-sized Starkiller base? Even if they used slave labor, the sheer number of overseers required staggers the mind. And that's not counting the mechanical, technical, electrical, astronomical, physical, and meta-physical experts...
But those could be slave workers, much like the builders of the Pyramids. As a matter of fact, I would bet on them using slave labor. So being a slave and being forced to take part in the construction of a starkiller by no means makes you a fan or supporter. So lets say you have 1 overseer for every 10 slave laborers. They sheer numbers of overseer supporters will still be vastly dwarfed by the number of nonsupporting slave laborers.
He was clearly just trying to make a joke about minorities, and them being equal. A pretty good one actually. Jeesh guys.
I was going to bump this cause we paid him and its pretty clear we still should get rid of him but all the stars wars talk has me distracted.
And when is he gonna do that, hmm? Tomorrow? Next year? Two years from now? Three? Four? I've sat and watched his fire burn pitifully for 5 years now. I expected a warm, full-raging bonfire by year 5. Instead, I'm standing over a flickering flame that is barely warming the undersides of my testicles. It's time to put the fire out. It's time to move on. It was a nice experiment, but he'll never play with the attitude above that of a first-year college player, and he'll never play with a skill set above mediocre 3 point shooting. Put the fire out, and find a different fuel source.
You know, I read your posts in regards to Boogie and I shake my head with spite towards you in my heart. Then you go a post things like this about nards and I grin with joy. at least we have a common ground we can come back to if we ever need to.
