    It took them a while, but I think they've finally figured out that pandering to one side of the political spectrum is a good financial model. Wonder where they got that idea?

    I've watched both of the conventions prime time speeches.

    I thought Kaine did rather poor. A stumbling, almost stuttering style of speaker.

    Obama's speech was excellent. That doesn't mean I agree with everything he said but the speech was well done.

    FiveThirtyEight’s “now-cast,” Silver’s model, considers more than just polling in its forecast and currently predicts the popular vote going 45.4 percent to Trump vs. 45.1 percent to Clinton, with the Electoral College giving Trump 285 votes and Clinton 252.6. This is the first time the “now-cast” forecast has been projected Trump to win.

    Some may defect over to the Green Party candidate, but the majority probably will fall in line. I'd expect that a lot of the blue doggers that were kind of leaning towards Trump will get pulled back in to the mother ship as well.

    Trump has never drunk alcohol. So on that basis alone, I'd rather grab a beer with Clinton. He also doesn't have friends, only business relationships and family. Kind of creepy.
