Sly, you sure got that right. They just don't write lyrics like this anymore.... And chicks wonder how this white guy learned so many dance moves. Duh....
Is the entire En Vogue group back together? I know one of the girls left and then they kind of just broke up. They were SO talented and HOT. I wore "Funky Divas" out. Unfortunately, a lot R&B groups in the 90's I loved didn't have a long shelf life.... (I'm looking at you Teddy Riley!)
Silly Sly! You know the average age of most the girls past Johnson Creek Road isnt even 18. DUHHHHHH!
That's a surprise. I worked roving security around that entire area for a couple of years. I got sick of seeing the whole "I'm just a teenager and my car just broke down!" routine. So glad my old job pulled me out of there. So depressing.
Uh huh, her car broke down and you were there as roving security. Did you tell each other these stories before or after you gave her money?
No. It was a trick turning ploy that I saw since I worked between industrial plants in the area. I kept wondering why Id see these same girls flagging cars down in large parking lots at like 2AM. Took me about 2 minures to go "ohhh." Friggin not even the cops worked those areas. Hell.... I worked in a hotel in college and some of the girls just left their cars running when they worked. Ahhh..... Portland.
I believe you about the car thing, what I'm calling BS is you being security, lol. "Hey baby, wanna see where I keep my gun?"
Fuck that. I wasn't going to be a rent a cop. DPSST licensing was barely worth what they'd pay back then. God knows what you have to go through now to carry a piece.
