    Amazing.

I've been contemplating getting stomach skin removed once I reach my goal. I've lost about 120 lbs so far and my belly is just an empty sack. I would like to drop another 15lbs ish but it's real slow going at this point. I've gotten to the point that I want to lose the rest by simply living healthy and just not eating shit, but not dieting either. The last 20 was basically just living good but the first 100 was some pretty tough work and serious dieting.

I'm at 140 down, my stomach is gross too. I stopped losing on purpose and started lifting a year ago. I didn't lose a lb or gain a lb in a year. I thought I'd give the tummy a break and see if it would snap back a bit if I didn't lose the last 75 I'm going for.

No luck of course. Not that I wasn't pretty sure it wouldn't get better. I've gained a good amount of muscle but a little over a week ago I started losing again. Just cut out the snacking, mostly I was eating a lot of nut and cracker mixes. That shit adds up fast. No more snacking and lost 6lbs.

I used to wonder if I or other fat people walked to Burger King if we'd lose weight. This guy walked to Walmart for every meal. Talk about will power.

I didn't see how tall he is, had to search for it. He didn't look 605 but then I saw he is 6'8. At least people could run from him before.

It sucks that we do all this work and will never bounce back naturally, no matter how hard we try. However, it's a hell of a lot better than being 100+ pounds heavier and risking heart and health issues. So a little surgery will come into play eventually, sucks, but that's the price we pay for a lifetime of second (and 3rd) helpings. Congrats on losing again, I'm trying too.
