Two days ago some asshole ran over a Florida Banded Water Snake on the road to St Andrews state park. I helped skin it and we gave the meat to our trapper.
Yeah, but had never skinned a snake up to that point and it didn't work out too well. It looks good, but you couldn't build anything out of it. I'll keep my eye out.

It is probably going to hit a bit east of here. The storm will probably hit my research sites. But, the breeding season is over and if anything it will clear some of the vegetation that has been building on those sites.
