Why It’s Time Black People Simply Disengage With White People In Discussing Race

The number of people killed by police in the US last year was 1,140. 853 of those people were armed and the rest weren't. In a country of 320 million people, that doesn't seem like an unreasonable number. Sure, we'd all like it to be less, but given the amount of crime and violence out there, this doesn't seem to bear out the softer BLM issue either.

I forget which comedian I saw do this bit but it struck home....don't stand on the street with a sign protesting banks...have all these people go to the banks everyday and apply for loans....over and over...you make them work that hard you're accomplishing something....you stand on the street you just annoy people driving by. Even with that stat...one should subtract the amount of policemen who died over the same period of time doing their job

 

and so they should...it's their right just like farmers protesting middle eastern investors from buying up the heartland and putting the small farmer out of biz...I love America for this freedom...in N Korea...they just shoot you if you argue
