Look, If I was more interested I would have just copied out the ones that were more relevant to Hillary but I did concede the theft ones were not similar at all.

But you now get the point I was making above. Hillary got preferential treatment and that should be looked into as corruption.

Sure they can. But not in a Miss Universe or whatever the fuck it was. Sex sells, and everyone knows that.

It's what happens in the show business. It's the name of the game. It's life. Hillary is the same type of vile towards many people surrounding her, even her Secret Service agents.

And let's not forget that this Machado chick isn't all innocent and some victim...

Well, no, you conceded the ones involving sale of classified info were not similar.

No, actually, I don't concede that point. You've given me a list that contains several cases that clearly are not similar, and a couple that might, or might not, be similar. That is not evidence that she was treated preferentially.

Trump's remarks toward the woman were at best racial stereotype.

Granted, she is trying to win beauty contests and being overweight isn't a good way to win. From Trump's standpoint, she's not going to draw audience to the program.

What the press isn't reporting is the woman had some criminal and behavioral issues and was truly bad news for the brand. When Trump said she's bad news, he has some truth on his side. Though a smart businessman probably wouldn't talk shit about his employees - they can sue.

    EX-MS. UNIVERSE ACCUSED OF THREAT
    STEVEN GUTKIN, Associated Press
    Feb. 5, 1998 4:36 PM ET

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) _ A Venezuela judge said Thursday a former Miss Universe threatened to kill him after he indicted her boyfriend for attempted murder.

Venezuelan beauty queen Alicia Machado threatened ``to ruin my career as a judge and ... kill me,'' Judge Maximiliano Fuenmayor said on national television.

The 21-year-old Machado, who created an international stir in 1996 when she gained 35 pounds after being crowned Miss Universe, allegedly called the judge after he issued an arrest warrant Wednesday for Juan Rafael Rodriguez Regetti.

Rodriguez, 26, is accused of shooting and wounding his brother-in-law, Francisco Antonio Sbert Mousko, outside a church in Caracas last November where Sbert's wife _ Rodriguez's sister _ was being eulogizing.

Rodriguez apparently blamed Sbert for driving her to commit suicide.

The victim's family accused Machado of driving the getaway car, but Fuenmayor has not indicted her, citing insufficient evidence. The judge said there were no witnesses to place Machado at the scene _ or to back up her claim she was home sick at the time.

Machado could not be reached for comment Thursday. She was in the city of Maracay filming a soap opera Thursday, according to Mariela Castro of Venevision TV network. Machado's lawyer was also unavailable for comment.

Fuenmayor said he planned to open a new case against Machado for Wednesday's threatening phone call.

In the past two decades, Venezuela has had four Miss Universes, four Miss Worlds and two Miss Internationals _ the world's top beauty title record.

(My note: that a Hispanic won Trump's pageant suggests something about his bias against Hispanics that doesn't fit the media's narrative).

Was he involved in the judging? If he was, and she's an evil person like you suggest, then doesn't that mean he has bad judgement? If he wasn't, then how does that disprove bias?

Even if she's the reincarnation of Hitler, that doesn't excuse what Trump did. Trump's running for president, not Machado.

He owned the pageant. He made the rules.

I'm not excusing him for what he did. I think I said at best he used a racial stereotype against her.

That doesn't change that the media isn't reporting her threatening the judge or other dubious things she's done. It does speak to her credibility now, as a paid spokesperson for the Liar's campaign.

Well, then he deserves a lot of credit for not making a rule that Latinas can't win. What a guy!

If the media isn't reporting it, how do you know about it? How do I know about it?

Trump isn't denying any of it, so credibility isn't really an issue.

Libertarianism is the freedom from having to know anything! Honestly, it is kind of embarrassing. Here you have 2 major candidates that both are equally hated by the electorate. You would think this is the best chance for a third party candidate to succeed since, I guess, Ross Perot. Would it have hurt Johnson that much to try and prepare for the job, like even a little? You may not want to admit it, but you must be pretty disappointed in your candidate floundering at an opportune time to actually get in the debates, etc. If he was at the debates, you would have to wonder how he would perform given his frequent and embarrassing flubs on foreign policy issues. Maybe it's better for him that he doesn't go.

Good point, and who would trust this person as she clearly is something that is unscrupulous.

The media reported about it in 1998. Look at the fucking date on the article.

    So you're saying Trump isn't a liar?

    That's different.

The comment about housekeeper. Uncalled for. Racist at worst, racial stereotype at best.

The Libertarian is focused on domestic issues and wants nothing to do with interfering with foreign nations. What a concept.

The former beauty queen who accused Donald Trump of making insensitive remarks about her looks and ethnicity apparently had no issue taking shots at the appearance and speaking ability of Trump’s wife.

Miss Universe 1996 Alicia Machado emerged at the center of a spat between Republican presidential nominee Trump and Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton after Clinton said during Monday’s debate that Trump two decades ago had called Machado “Miss Piggy” due to apparent weight gain. Machado quickly responded on Twitter, typing in Spanish: “Thank you, Mrs. Clinton. Your respect for women and our differences make you great! I’m with you!”

But in a Tuesday interview with Cosmopolitan, Machado took a different tone when asked about Melania Trump, who, like Machado, was a model and immigrant. Trump was born in Slovenia.

“I think I speak more English than her,” Machado, a Venezuela native, said. “I don’t see anything about this girl. She’s a doll. She’s a decoration. That is how I see her.”
