No, you don't seem to understand. I'm acutely aware. You look at raw numbers and make your conclusion instead of looking at the broader picture.

Your racist undertones are really sickening. You scream Blacks are violent, murderers, who destroy their own community without saying those words.

There is a violent pattern wherever the cops concentrate their energies.

If you run a red light and there's no cop, there is no ticket. If you run a red light and there's a cop, you get the ticket.

Thus if you have cops focused on black neighborhoods, there's going to be more tickets.

    It's common sense.

So went from the tone of "murders" and what it surrounds, to "stop and frisk"?

    You serious dawg?

I don't scream any of that. That is you on your own volition portraying that onto anyone who doesn't agree with you.

I am simply showing numbers. Black on black crime, black on black murders. While calling you out on your linked article about white people killing cops, using numbers to refute your agenda.

Follow. You don't seem to think that we have disproportionately high police contact.

Tickets is a rhetorical example for any kind of crime.

If you carry drugs in a neighborhood not policed heavily, you won't get caught so much. If you carry drugs in a heavily policed neighborhood, your chances of getting busted go up substantially.

If the cops have a preconceived notion that people in X neighborhood are likely to carry drugs, they go out of their way to stop and hassle people looking for those drugs.

In other words, they'll stop a black person in a black neighborhood for a busted tail light far more frequently than in other neighborhoods.

In this example, drugs is the example.

So again, how do you explain the disproportionately high amount of black on black crime, specifically murders? Were talking violent crimes here Denny.

Completely disregarding the numbers that police contact is disproportionately high. Stop and Frisk data proves this.

    Code.

Its called patterns. Police use them.

When a certain area has a pattern for violent crimes such as murders for example, police put a heavier presence in that area.

You call it profiling. The rest of the world sees it as proactive policing.

Which is why white people who smoke MJ than us are 3x less likely to be arrested for it.

God.... so what are the patterns with stop and Frisk? 88% of the black people they stop and Frisk are completely innocent. They're stopped because they "look suspicious". Sounds like a waste of the PD's time and money.

Again, you are changing the subject yet again from murder/violent crime to "stop and frisk" and an off hand comment about drug use. What does this have to do with your article you linked that I replied to and created this sub discussion?

The schools suck in black neighborhoods because the money is diverted elsewhere. Enterprise in black neighborhoods is suppressed by government regulations and trade association rules. Cops arrest black men (especially) for the most trivial of crimes. Black unemployment is significantly higher than it rightfully should be (why is that? You won't admit or like the answer).

And you wonder why there's a sense of hopeless among the people.
