I'm unclear why you're making this about fondling his nuts? That's a bit disturbing and over-the-line. I don't see many people here "fondling" his nuts. As for myself, I barely interact with HCP other than to flip him shit (and talk about my kids that he has done a semi-decent job taking care of). He takes a lot of shit here, more than he dishes out. And he's good-natured about it. So I can respect that. This is an online message board with a lot of bullshit and playful banter. If you can't stand a little heat, get outta the fucking kitchen.

If you want this place to remain the same inner circle click and never have long term new members, then keep treating new people like shit. I get it. They don't. I didn't when I was new. Many people wont stick around long enough to "GET IT" And I don't think they should have to.
I am a fan of the Blazers first and foremost. That's why I come here. Not to participate in some grade school banter. I think some of this banter, especially when directed at new people is uncalled for, not needed and rubs newbies the wrong way.
They just entered the restaurant and your kicking them out cause the heat is too high??? How about turn the heat down a bit for the new people so they can breathe long enough to figure things out? How about giving shit to the elders who KNOW it a joke? There is a thing called class and tact. Its missing in some areas around here....and I think that hurts the growth of the fans on this site.

All this talk about stick around long enough and you will get it.. why not keep the personal degradations to those that get it, and leave those that done the fuck alone?

Since the great migration how many new members have joined and are STILL around versus those who have joined and moved on? Id love to see the numbers... You don't think any of it has to do with this inner circle jerk that goes on at times around here?
If you truly feel like we shouldn't have new members and broaden the place and the fans, then by all means continue what your doing.....

I think I've been pretty clear on my point and wont keep beating the horse here. Just keep in mind, your not the only one here and personalities vary and maybe before you just blast new people off this site with your panic games, you should take a moment and reassess why we are here.
If I wanted bar talk, Id go to a bar and talk with a bunch of slur word drunks. I don't. I want intelligent, witty and funny conversations. This doesn't come to be when you read every thread where new people are being put down for posting and/or being here. Why you force people to stick it out and GET IT is mind boggling. Give shit to the people that get you and leave the others alone. Seems like a simple compromise to me for any semi intelligent person to grasp.
