    Nobody ever gave Layman the memo that you're supposed to be super aggressive in garbage time in preseason. He's content to just hang out around the perimeter on both ends.

    Honestly, I think he should lose his roster spot. Let him go to baseball.

    Granted, I hope I'm wrong and he turns into a solid rotational player, but so far (small sample size) Layman has looked a lot better.*










    *can you tell that I'm doing this so if he does turn out to be a solid pro, my comment can't be seen as bad?
