I'm disappointed with Stotts in not putting in more effort in force-feeding Vonleh in the post. We have a small sample size, but that sample size shows us an incredible efficiency for Vonleh when he's shooting in the post. Why don't we explore this more? It's not like we have any other post options. Get him some more shots in the post please. Let's see if he can maintain this efficiency with increased volume.

This has been an interesting revelation that I did not expect.

    Noah Vonleh needs PT.

What does Meyers bring you that Noah doesn't? Because I can name you at least a few things that Noah can bring you that Meyers can't.

    Hideous game.
Every team has at least one a season.
Let's hope the Blazers got it out of their system, with laxative if need be, so we never see it again.

I am not sure how either help. Both are one dimensional yet complete opposites.
Monroe is a low post scorer, but he is not a good rim protector nor a great passer. The ball movement would be even worse and it would not help the TO issue.

Henson is a a fine role player off the bench. Good shot blocker but limited on offense.

No, I think you are wrong. In fact, it should probably be extrapolated over the entire season so we know what to expect. So, that would mean Lillard will be making 164 out of 1640 shots he will be taking.

It's a training camp game....nobody diving for loose balls or risking injury. Let it bake....20 games int0 regular season we'll see what we're dealing with. We're healthy and deep.

I'm not screaming for a trade...for the record. What I was getting at is that we still need a low post scorer.
Greg is better at that than anyone we have, at least until/if Noah or Ezeli fills that void. After reading your reply about his passing I looked it up. He's tied for 7th for Center's in 2015/2016 with Boris Diaw, Jared Sullinger and Andrew Bogut at 2.3 according to Espn. That surprised me. To be fair, Plums is 3rd in PF's. at 2.8. I agree on the defensive side, he is soft, but again we need something we don't have. Right?

He could open up space for our shooters because they can't just chase our guards around like they do now. If we don't have an inside threat we become one dimensional.

I'm not saying this is the best choice for us, just that he gives us something we need and we have the pieces to make it happen. I am becoming a bigger fan of Vonleh, so seeing him develop would be better than making a trade. It just has to come from somebody.

The Spurs are trading Aldridge! This is just the thing to make us forget that Lillard missed 36 shots!

Too many linear thinkers on this board. No humor, no imagination. Lillard shot 1 for 10, was held out the 2nd half, so I said he would have missed 18. Someone challenged that, so I said he did miss 18. Someone challenged that, so I said he missed 36. Now you challenged it. Okay, he missed 72. Some people think playing on a message board is very serious work. Wanna keep going?
