Once a con artist always a con artist. Even though I actually find some of those policy proposals in the OP palatable and good, this is not the asshole to get it done. With any luck, Hilarity's run will be such a mess in the next four years that we'll get a real reform candidate with some sense of history, decorum and decency. One who doesn't give the appearance that he'd wipe his ass with the Constitution to satisfy whatever petty dictates of his ego and id.
