    Defense will improve when we get Festus back. It was a bit ridiculous though how Joe Johnson managed to hit three or four identical consecutive baskets by simply going on a mismatch 1-on-1.

    Tonight is just the third NBA game since 1963-64 where neither team missed a free throw - 38 for 38 (DET@MIL, 1/12/12; ATL@TOR, 12/22/00).

    He's gotten a lot better at finishing near the rim. So far this year he's looked like an elite finisher, wheras in prior years he'd go in and fall down and not get a whistle.
