So I'm trying the free trial of NBA league pass for my laptop.... It is complete, utter trash. The video player is too small, and the header wont go away so it blocks even the small video player.

I don't watch games on cell phones. Never will.

Their entire bench was outscored 20-16 tonight by Jonathon Simmons.

    Yeah, him.

Lots of games on the slate today. Gonna be an exciting night around the league.

I can't wait to see Embiid make his NBA debut, dude is an absolute monster. On the flip side we get to see Westbrook begin his slide behind Dame in the PG rankings. He will no longer be elevated by Durants talent and the weight it took off Westbrook on the offensive end.

Durant already played more minutes than Curry in game 1....displayed the superior performance. The resentment is building. The ego will destroy them.

Hmm I watched last night on my lap top and I was able to enlarge it to the full size. I saw no header.....
It did freeze up on me a couple of times and I had to exit and re-enter.

I want to see Westbrook become the first player in NBA history to have a USG% > 40. And, I want to see him complete the almost impossibly inefficient feat of averaging <30 ppg with USG%> 40.

He came close two years ago, when Durant missed 59 games, when he posted the second highest USG% in league history at 38.37 while averaging just 28.1 ppg. In doing so, he became the first player in league history with USG$ > 38 while scoring < 35 ppg. And man, did he CRUSH that barrier.

With Durant gone, this is Westbrook's chance to have a true breakout season. He has a golden opportunity to indelibly, unequivocally and irrevocably put his stamp on the title of most inefficient chucker in league history. Go for it Russ, it's you're destiny. You deserve this!

I was wondering what would happen if they started chanting MVP for one or the other, but not both.

We may hear the first Co-MVP chants in league history.

ESPN rolled out their awards predictions today... Don't waste your time. Out of the 30 or so "experts" polled, a whopping 2 of them selected somebody from the Blazers to win an award (GMOTY not included). Those two votes were Stotts for coach. No MIP, MVP, 6MOTY, or DPOY votes.

Plus I guess now that the season has started its official that they stopped doing their best content - rating all the players in the league. I guess they didn't want the backlash from warriors fans putting Durant over Curry.

Aside from their superior box score I'm about done with this shitty sports outlet. Been going down the drain for a while, and the sinks almost dry.

Warriors got crushed. Durant played well but as for the rest...

Glad to see Blazers pulled out a win even if not pretty. They all count the same.

Maybe gutting your bench to get a superstar isn't all it's cracked up to be?

I don't think Curry will like that. Thompson who is fading into obscurity will like it less. Not to mention Green and all the attention he needs. He's gonna be kicking people in the balls all season just to get noticed...the implosion begins

I was on my laptop last night and was also able to enlarge it to the full size. I didn't watch basketball however. I also saw no header, unfortunately. It also froze up on me where I had to exit and re-enter many times in a row.

Decided to go through manually to find currently active home opener streaks.

As of last night these are the teams with currently active Home opener win streaks. I was surprised to see how many teams lost their home opener last year.

    POR - 16
    MIA - 8
    OKC - 7
    SAS - 7
    LAC - 4
    TOR - 3
    BOS - 2
    CLE - 2
    CHI - 1
    DET - 1
