If Trump were found guilty of any of these alleged crimes, how much jail time would he serve?

$billion companies/entities get sued all the time. How about Heinz, source of John Kerry's wife's wealth?

To call Hillary a criminal and not trump when he does stuff like not pay his employees or contractors, which I could google and post a picture of ALL of those reports that come out, and there are hundreds, is ridiculous to me. Trump is going to court for a child rape case and for racketeering charges. You can hate Hillary all you want but don't try and act like Trump isn't just as crooked and shady as Hillary is, only difference is where they are doing the shady acts.

It seems to me that the issue for both Huma and Hillary at this point is whether there's evidence in these new emails regarding lying to the FBI and/or Congress, or if there's anything documented that would constitute obstruction of justice through intentional acts to delete or hide evidence relevant to the investigation. It's already been shown that classified information was on Hillary's server, so finding a few more isn't going to be a big deal. OTOH, if these emails contain the missing 30K that Hillary said were personal, and it turns out that many were actually relevant and were deleted from Hillary's server for the purpose of keeping them away from the FBI, her goose could be cooked. If there are emails where there are discussions of hiding things, she could be in serious trouble. I doubt that anything will come to light by election day, but, assuming she wins, her term of office could be really short. But maybe there were 650K emails about yoga and wedding planning and there's nothing to see here.

"going to court" doesn't equate to guilt.
"Google references to people saying he didn't pay them." Has he been found guilty of anything?

When the man or company is found guilty get back to me..

Furthermore, how you can equate Government corruption at the highest level to business malpractice is grossly negligent.

America became America due in part to its citizens not standing for corruption, and for people to blatantly lobby and support this to happen is such a blatant slap in the face for what this country stands for I can't understand how as a citizen anyone would support that.

It's curious that you require a guilty verdict to be convinced when it comes to Trump, but you don't even require charges when it comes to Hillary. It's almost like you have a bias or something.

Hmm.... There's the problem with corruption Barfo right there.

Assistant FBI Director in Clinton pocket------------- CHECK
    DOJ AG in Clinton pocket------------CHECK
DOJ Ast. AG in Clinton pocket-----------CHECK
    CNN insiders in Clinton pocket--------CHECK
    DNC in Clinton pocket--------CHECK

this is why Clinton hasn't been legally been found guilty.... YET.

We'll see how the next few weeks play out...

FYI, Had I done this at work, I'd be in jail, which is why others doing far less have gone to jail. They don't have the AG's in their back pocket.

Sure, that's a perfectly nice conspiracy theory. I'm sure I could come up with a similar unprovable theory as to why Trump isn't in jail.

    Yes, of course we will.

I don't think there is a law against posting conspiracy theories from work. At most you'd get fired.

There's a difference between civil and criminal law.

The only questionable criminal activities by Trump are unwanted advances.

He's under no jeopardy of being arrested or a prison term.

    She is very much so.

I'm still convinced that Trump is a Hillary shill.

He's the worst possible candidate in the history of politics.... and she's barely beating him. What the fuck does that say about Hillary?

Probably not much. Imagine that Trump is still the R candidate, but someone bland is the D candidate, say, Tim Kaine.

How many fewer votes does Trump get? My guess is not many.

But the real question is: Imagine Hillary is still the D candidate and the R candidate is someone not a misogynistic, xenophobic ninny, say Marco Rubio.

How many fewer votes does Hillary get? My guess is quite a few.

He's had accusations of raping a 13 year old girl and is going to have to face a civil suit next month. I'm not saying he's guilty or not guilty, but c'mon Denny.

This year's election is beyond bizarre. Trump's accused by multiple women of sexual assault. Hillary is married to a former president who has been accused of sexual assaults. Her top aide is married to a man accused of sexting an underage female.

Could it get any more disgusting?

That's rhetorical, by the way, not a challenge.

I don't believe he's under FBI investigation into anything criminal.

Unlike the actual criminal in the race.

"unwanted advances" is a pretty benign way to frame the (alleged) rape of a minor.

That "rape" case has been thrown out of court 2 or 3 times.

Note that Clinton herself won't mention this rape case, and she would if she thought there was something to it.

    http://radaronline.com/celebrity-news/donald-trump-rape-lawsuit-dismissed/

A judge recommended on April 29 that “Katie Johnson” should have to pay her own attorneys’ fees and court costs related to the $100 million lawsuit she brought against Trump and billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein over alleged sexual assault charges. Then on May 2, a U.S. District judge ordered the entire lawsuit thrown out.
