In that context, then yes, I agree with the law. But I also believe that it can open up unintended consequences about what constitutes "legal flag burning".

Flag burning should be protected speech. Same with using the "N-word" (or any racial slur or any slur of your choosing), burning the Koran or drawing Swastikas. But they aren't.
And you are legally protected to engage in all the hate speech you want. So have at it. Tell us what you really think.
