Well there is a third kind that love Unions. Where the Union hold power, there is the probability of inefficiency, a ready made market for automation equipment or using computers to reduce
repetitive and redundant process. People should love the Union that put the Port of Portland out of business. Ha! Actually it was the liberal management that didn't fire the Union workers
that reached too far, that did in the Port of Portland.

I agree with you about your "fuck trump" statement.

But that person in particular who I quoted, has made claims about the Trump supporters, which fall inline with the identity politics game the left plays... I've been victim of that person's rhetoric before. Which is fine, but just understand it does nothing for the Democratic party in the long run. The wedge between one half of America and the other just goes deeper and deeper. Just as the Professor explained in that video that was posted on here, Joe Rogan's one.

That wedge gets "deeper and deeper" because we're all responsible in our own way for coarsening our dialogue. Whether we want to admit it or not, words matter and and how we fight matters.

Pretty good statement on the flag-burning kerfuffle, IMHO:

Good for you. It's nice to have opinions; flawed though they are.

The LGBT Community includes Bisexuals. But I'm sure you know more about sexual orientation than they do. Feel free to take it up with them.

Scalia’s wisdom: Burning the U.S. flag is awful, but lawful

“Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag,” President-elect Donald Trump tweeted Tuesday. “If they do, there must be consequences — perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!”

“If I were king,” the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia once said in an interview, “I would not allow people to go about burning the American flag. However, we have a First Amendment, which says that the right of free speech shall not be abridged. … Burning the flag is a form of expression. Speech doesn’t just mean written words or oral words. … Burning a flag is a symbol that expresses an idea.”

Justice Scalia was part of the 1989 Supreme Court majority that held that flag-burning was protected by the First Amendment. Revoking citizenship for flag-burning would be unconstitutional.

Its a cop out. It tries to take a little of the guilt out of being gay.

I have a gay brother, I have no problem with people that are gay whatsoever, I'm pretty close with my brother. Its the facade and not coming out that I have a problem with. Be true to yourself. I have a close female friend that just recently found out the man she had a kid with a couple years ago was actually gay. Whenever I was around the guy he acted like a "mans' man". Rode a Harley, full sleeve tattoos, posters of naked chicks in his garage. Guy in his early 50's and she's about 30. They bought a house together, had a kid together (one of the few times they've had sex according to her). She runs a daycare out of the house. Come to find out the guy is as gay as it gets. Was putting ads on Craigslist and taking it in the pooper. Now she's STUCK. All because of this guys selfish need to remain to be seen as a hetero by his friends and family. He doesn't even like girls.

If you're gay, you're gay. I don't believe in being bisexual. I think its some kind of strange cop out.

I do. Because women fall in love for a different reasons. Its more platonic and then it turns sexual.

LMAO, what a bunch of crap. What's next? Are you gonna tell Dviss that you know what it's like to be black because you have a black friend?

I did consider myself gay at one time around 2006. It was a lot of soul searching and talking to people before I decided "no, I'm still attracted to females, as well as males." And I was very comfortable with that, and I embraced my sexuality.

That's called BISEXUAL. It IS an orientation.

Like I said: it's great to have opinions...flawed though they are. So good for you.

If I saw Anyone burn our flag I would assist in spiking a flag pole up their ass along with all the others who feel like I do. When these morons burn the American flag they do so only to gain personal attention. A mild beating in the nearest alley would help our psychologically damaged egos and suit their need to gain attention. However, flag burning intentions always ignite in a crowd of mis guided pissed off people in their foreign country. How about we cut off their foreign aid. 9.jpg

    Not.

    Buying.

    It.

Being "bisexual" is a choice, depending on the day I guess. Being black is not.

The girl I'm seeing right now is actually black.

I don't give a shit if you buy it or not. It's a designated Sexuality, so deal with it. It's no more a choice for me than being Hispanic.

I love how this is the one thing you choose to whine about on here. Nevermind the original topic; no. You've chosen to rant about my sexuality on here like a fucking child.

    That's hilarious.

Shall I remind people how this started?

So I posted this response in a reply to Denny about his post which had NOTHING to do with LGBT. Nothing. Nada. Zip.:

Now, NOWHERE in there did I consider the guy's sexuality. Never crossed my mind. Not once.

    Chris then responded with:

Which was a REAL fucking stupid thing to say, and I let it be known.

Not sure where Chris got the idea that I was homophobic with that post, but whatever....there you go. So life went on, and the thread continued.

About 60 posts later.....without even acknowledging the current topic.....here comes this Darwin Candidate:

    .....what? That was my response.

And then he has the audacity to lecture me about his stance on being Bisexual....based on the fact that his brother is gay.

You know....like he can lecture black people on what it's like to be black based on his girlfriend being black. That's the logic of his reasoning here.

This started on page 4. This is page 9, and he's still got a hair up his ass about this.

I gotta say, this has REALLY become grossly personal and unnecessary here. Hey Short Bus, can you please get back on the CURRENT TOPIC and contribute something of value here, rather than showing everyone that you only believe in the existence of 3/4ths of the LGBT Community? Because NOBODY here cares about your opinion on this matter. An opinion, by the way, which is based in disdain, and not in FACT.

Christ Almighty. You've officially lost all credibility of even beginning to call yourself a Liberal. Good luck reaching out to the LGBT Community with that kind of attitude!

my stance is that gay people are highly evolved, thats why they dont have kids. Their biology is saving the world from overpopulation via natural selection. in the future everyone will be gay and even the trees will wear fabulous scarves in the fall.

Bisexual people are even more evolved, part alien, and mostly made of sawdust and rubber bands.
