Entre 2: Filet mignon } served with roasted potatoes & onions, beet salad, : Pork loin roast stuffed with cranberries & apples } asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce D. Wines: Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Prosecco E. Desserts: Cookie assortments} struffoli, anginetti, almond, sugar, pinolli, wine cookies (all homemade). Homemade cheesecake, apple crumb pie, nut cake. Assorted fruits & nuts F. Beverages: Coffee, tea, cider, milk Thank goodness for Family & Friends. Must get back to the poker game.
