I've not changed one bit. I only called for bringing the troops home at the time W made his "mission accomplished speech." It's outright stupid to equate "boots on the ground" with establishing military bases in allied countries. It's like saying we have boots on the ground in Germany and South Korea. It's disingenuous at best.

We dropped 26,000 bombs on iraq in 2016. That's 26,000 more than the year before Obama took office. Way to go, Obama.
