    Everyone else is expendable.

I've seen enough. We are losing to mediocre teams on our own home court, and that is unacceptable. Burn it down. Cut your losses. Whatever expression suits you. We need a major revamping of this team.

I'm confused. So, "Blow it up, but don't blow it up?"

Then who do we have to actually trade for something good? Vonleh and a pick? Meyers may get us a 2 month supply of Oscar Meyer weiners... but beyond that..

We are not going to be able to get rid of Turner, so we need to package Crabbe + Picks to upgrade the front court. We're not going to be able to afford Plumdog, so we might as well trade him since he has value.

Harkless is tradeable. We have picks but I'd rather keep them unless we're getting a long term guy (Noel, Nurkic, etc)

Crabbe will probably end up getting traded and I'm going to hate it, but whatever.

Leonard, Davis, and Ezeli are probably gone as well

I'm one of Harkless' biggest fans... but as this team is, whatever it takes to make it better... he can go too.

He means, redesign the team by trading Connaughton and Quarterman. To solve the 2-month supply of ketchup and mustard. Still got a bun problem.

I would keep Aminu over Crabbe if we're only picking 4. We were GOD AWFUL when Aminu didn't play. Do you guys not remember how bad the D was? it may not be great now but it was historically bad when Aminu was out.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Trade anyone on the team if you can get a good deal. This game didn't change my thinking, but since we're talking, no one on this team should be sacrosanct--Lillard's a fine player, but not a transcendent talent that you never consider trading. I don't think this team is viable with just tweaks and I think building around Lillard/McCollum, while maybe not impossible, will make creating a title contender much harder.

Given a choice, I'd keep Lillard, but if you can get a nicer deal for Lillard, trade him. McCollum looks like he can be a dominant scorer in his own right.

I love harkless but honestly anybody besides Lillard and CJ are up for grabs in my opinion. We need a rim protector, maybe a veteran. A lot of solid guys out there who would boost this team into a better one at least. I have seen enough of whatever experiment is going on here. If I could spare a player besides Dame and CJ, I would spare harkless only for the fact he is really young and still has potential. I don't see Vonleh developing at all, we were better off keeping Batum honestly.

Batum is averaging 15,6, and 7. I wish we would of kept him. Crabbe is getting paid damn near what Batum is too. Crazy

No dude. Lillard wants to play his whole career for us and he wants to bring a title to Portland and not simply ring-chase on other teams. It's going to be hard to get that dedication from another player in the trade.

That's great, but most people who enter marriages also want it to last forever. Things don't always go the way we dreamed they would.

Sentiment is nice and all, but I'm more interested in fielding the strongest team possible.

So is he. That is why we should keep him. He is a rare breed. A superstar who likes Portland and wants to play here.
