We finally have some good trade pieces now is the time to pounce and yes that might mean giving up a player or two that we really like. CJ, Plumlee, Crabbe, Chief, Mo or god forbid even Dame. This is your chance to make a huge game changing trade.....for who is the question. This is not a championship roster as it currently looks. Kills me to say this but really think either CJ or Dame are the piece that we need to trade, either of those to with another player or pick is a huge trade chip.

I really like CJ's game, his mid range is what separates him and Dame, so yes if had the right offer I would consider trading Dame over CJ..............time for me to duck and run

CJ should only be traded for a Paul George/Jimmy Butler-level player. Hassan is not that level of player. DMC is not that level of player.

Woah, you don't think two of the best big men in the NBA are on the level of two all-star level forwards?

Big men are less valuable these days. A wing that can score 25ppg as well as slow down the Durants, Westbrooks, and Lebrons of the league is very valuable.

Crabbe plus CLE's 2017 first is more valuable as Deng and a LAL 2021 1st.

They would likely have to part with Clarkson to get a deal done. Clarkson for Noel would be a very interesting swap.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I think Cousins is on the same level as Butler and George, especially now that he has range out to three-point territory. He's also an underrated defender, in my opinion.

Whiteside isn't on that level. He's a talented big, but a tier down.

I still would rather have a big man who can get 20+/10+ and be a menace on the defensive end

DMC is better than Butler. Hands down.

Butler is a 25ppg scorer, has a much bigger impact defensively, and isn't as bad of a locker room presence.

Apparently whiteside isn't really on the table, they are just listening to offers kind of like a jimmy butler situation. The more probable get would be Noel. I say you do crabbe for Noel as fast as you can if philly is shopping him and that trade can be made.

We'd need a shooter to replace Crabbe.

We need a proven NBA shooter.

Ok we'll look elsewhere for one. Now even Crabbe is untouchable because we won't find another shooter?

I mean we have to give something in order to get something back.

To be honest I think that if we could get Noel with just Crabbe and a first it would be a steal!

I would shed a tear, but a trade of CJ for Jimmy Butler would be too perfect for this team.

I would submit that defense is a bigger need on this team than shooting especially given that Dame/CJ would still be on the roster with a Noel acquisition. I love that Crabbe has done in that last 3 games but given his career numbers, it seems a small sample size. He is a nice shooter that does little else. Layman (while much less proven) may actually be the better all around player given time. What do you think?
